Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want shipping to be simple and transparent, so please read this policy to understand how and when your order is processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most weekday orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • When order volume is high, processing can take slightly longer. We will let you know if your order is affected.

Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 8–14 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times can vary because of location, customs procedures, postal service conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • USPS Standard — free.
  • USPS Express + Insurance — an optional paid upgrade. It arrives faster and includes insurance against theft, loss or damage.
  • The options and prices available for your address are always shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

  • Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been packed and handed to our fulfillment partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • You can check the status of your shipment at any time on our Track Your Order page.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.
  • In some countries, customs taxes or import duties may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
  • International delivery times vary with the destination country and its customs procedures.

Failed Deliveries and Missed Packages

  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package may be redirected to a local pickup point and held for up to 7 days before being returned to us.
  • If delivery fails because of an incorrect shipping address or because the recipient was unavailable, we may charge a redelivery fee of $5 or the original shipping cost, whichever is higher.
  • If the package cannot be recovered and additional product costs are incurred, these may also be passed on to the buyer.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when you order.
