Cancel or Change Your Order

If you need to modify your order, please act quickly. Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Order Changes

• To change items or update your shipping address, contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.
• Requests received after that cannot be guaranteed, because your order may already be in our fulfillment process.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed. After that they enter our fulfillment queue automatically and can no longer be cancelled, because processing and shipment start right away.

If your order could not be cancelled, you can still return the products after delivery, as long as the conditions in our Refund Policy are met.

After Shipping

• Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If you changed your mind, you can still return the items after delivery under our Refund Policy.
